Step-by-step guides to help you get the most out of every feature on GracyGlobal.
Go to the Sign Up page
Visit gracyglobal.com and click the 'Get Started' or 'Sign Up' button in the top navigation. You'll be taken to the registration form.
You can also sign up with Google for a faster experience.
Fill in your details
Enter your full name, a valid email address, and a strong password. Make sure your email is one you check regularly — we'll send important updates there.
Use at least 8 characters with a mix of letters and numbers.
Verify your email
Check your inbox for a verification email from GracyGlobal. Click the confirmation link inside to activate your account. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
You're in!
Once verified, you'll be redirected to your dashboard. Your account is now active and ready to use.
Complete your profile next to get the most out of GracyGlobal.
Click 'Login'
From the homepage, click the 'Login' button in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
Enter your credentials
Type in your registered email address and password, then click 'Sign In'. You can also use the 'Continue with Google' option if you signed up with Google.
Check 'Remember me' to stay logged in on your personal device.
Forgot your password?
Click 'Forgot password?' on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 30 minutes for security.
Upload a profile photo
Go to your profile settings and click the avatar placeholder. Upload a clear, professional photo. Recommended size is 400×400px.
Profiles with photos receive 3× more engagement.
Add your bio and skills
Write a short bio describing who you are, your expertise, and what you're looking for on GracyGlobal. Add relevant skills so counselors and employers can find you.
Select your country & timezone
Pick your country and timezone so we can show you relevant jobs, events, and community content for your region.
This helps us personalise your 'My Nation & I' feed.
Browse communities
Navigate to the 'Community' page from the top menu. You'll see all available communities like Health & Environment, Governance & Law, Youth Empowerment, and more.
Join a community
Click 'Join Community' on any community card. If you're not logged in, you'll be prompted to sign in first. Once joined, you gain full access to discussions, projects, events, and resources.
You can join multiple communities at once.
Post in the discussion feed
Inside a community, use the message bar at the bottom to post text, images, videos, documents, or links. Press Enter or click Send to share with all members.
Switch between tabs
Use the sidebar tabs — Discussions, Projects, Events, Resources, Members — to explore everything your community has to offer.
Browse jobs
Go to 'Jobs' in the navigation. Use filters like job type, category, and location to narrow down listings that match your skills.
Apply for a job
Click on any job listing to see full details. Hit 'Apply Now', fill in the application form, and submit. You'll receive a confirmation email.
Make sure your profile is complete before applying — employers review it.
Explore the Marketplace
Visit 'Marketplace' to browse products and services offered by community members. You can also list your own services or products to sell.
Go to Counselors
Click 'Counselors' in the top navigation. You'll see a list of verified professionals across different areas — mental health, career, legal, financial, and more.
Filter by specialty
Use the category filters to find a counselor that matches your needs. You can also filter by language and availability.
All counselors on GracyGlobal are verified professionals.
Book a session
Click on a counselor's profile to see their full bio, rates, and availability. Select a time slot and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation with session details.
View available plans
Go to gracyglobal.com/plans to see all subscription options. Plans are shown in monthly and yearly billing, with yearly offering significant savings.
Choose and subscribe
Click 'Get Started' on your chosen plan. You'll be taken to a secure checkout. Enter your payment details and confirm your subscription.
All plans include a free trial period. No charge until it ends.
Manage your subscription
Go to your account settings and click 'Billing' to view invoices, change your plan, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
